I plan on upgrading the entire exhaust system for my '01 LX. I plan on getting Kamikaze headers, and I know about losing my cat. So I found this: http://www.dezod.com/pd_random...w.cfm. With the Kamikaze header, you'll need to customize the b-pipe, if you want it to sit under the car right. The Kamikaze header is longer than an EX header, and the Random Tech. B-pipe/Cat. is based on an EX header.
