Default Help... Exhaust and header fitment question d16y7

I just bought a new Greddy Evo2 exhaust and put it on my otherwise stock 96 civic LX(d16y7 pretty much the same as DX). Being that the stock catalytic converter and the header are actually one piece, what are my options putting on a aftermarket header without deleting the catalytic converter completely?

I hear one can put on an aftermarket EX header and that will fit, but the catalytic converter would be sacrificed

Thanks, any suggestions would be appreciated.

only way is to weld a cat on the exhaust. but by doing so, you would need to extend your o2 wires to run to the cat.
