Default stopping carbon

i've got a 95 hatch vx with a z6 swap, intake, header, 2.5 exhaust, and a h series throttle body. my prob. is i have mad carbon residue on my rear bumper and tailgate...anyone got a remedy? btw i have a new cat and 02 sensor

burning oil?

is your exhaust pointing up towards your bumper/hatch? If your exhaust is too far up wards, or not far enough out of the bumper cutout, the exhaust gas gets "snagged" on the back of the bumper and curls upwards toward your bumper/hatch.
