Default Decided to go Nitrous any Tips would Help

So I know a very good friend. Owns quite a number of decent cars. H22 Turbo Hatch and a N20 Cobalt SS. Amazingly both are crazy fast. But then again the nitrous is the best bet for power in my route because its cheaper. I have a couple options.

Starting Point
1994 Acura Integra LS
Stock B18B
90K Miles
Burning a QT every 1k miles.
Blows some whitish smoke.
No compression check yet
Looking at bad valve seals or bad rings, I see that the camshaft seals is broken cause there is old oil buildup on the block and head.

Goal
Driving a mid to high 13 second car on radials with good driver and reliable for DD.

Options
Friend has a GSR longblock for $900+my LS Longblock.

Very good OBD1 GSR with 120K compression number are 190 accross the chart. No knocking and pulls very hard. Very decent guy and doesnt pull on the motor.

Comes with BLOX I/M, Skunk2 T/B, Ceramic 4-1 Header.

Should I look into rebuilding my block with ARP Bolts, Decent Pistons and rings and Headgasket? Not looking over $650 in parts and run a Wet 75 Shot or more if possible with a awesome local Tuner?

Or wait it out get the GSR and do I/H/E(2.5), I/M+T/B(68-70MM), Stage 2C/F, T/P(2.5) with 50 shot of Nitrous and Tune?

In the end I am sold with the BLOX Stage Bs with Spring and Retainers Combo without upgrading valves and looking to make some decent power. That could come later in the aftermath with the GSR.

Option C: N20 the LS as it sits and wait for it to blow and rebuild and shoot more N20.

I am looking for reliable and fast. Not really cheap. But I would rather buy a BLOX I/M than a Skunk 2. See what I am saying.

Second part of a my question.
What completes a N20 Kit better to piece or buy complete?

Swapping engines would be the best deal, but the most work.

And just buy a N20 kit. You can pick em up all day, complete with extra goodies for $3-$400.

Swapping engines for me is quite easy, I can pull my LS and have the GSR running the same night. I can pull my motor and tranny in about 45 min to an hour .

You have no clue how bad that irritates/pisses me off mang.. I hate it.

Its because a good amount ( I won't say majority) are barely old enough to even drive and chances are, have never seen the inside of an engine themselves or done any mechanic work aside from installing an intake. They read mags and read on here and act like they know it all when they don't know jack.

If you can swap engines, then go with the GSR. No brainer. You'll get better performance and will be happier overall.

OR, do an LSVtec

if your handy/knowledgible at touching the motors...

i'd go the route where you put the gsr motor into your current shell and give it a good amount of nitrous. what ever you do make sure you use the right parts for the nitrous build. have fun.

Throw a fluxcapasiter on your stock engine and be done with it!!!!!!

Kidding. GSR all the way. It can take some punishment just the way it is, plus it comes with some bolt on parts. Hell you can't beat that!!!! Your engine needs rebuilt. That takes time and about the same amount of money as buying the gsr. Does your engine already have the same bolt on's ? Your saving money there. Get the GSR.

Just remember to beef up your fuel system before dumping N2O on witch ever engine you go with.
