ok i have a turbo'd b18b in my eg hatch. i have a few questions but im not sure if its the tune or the injectors...the motor ran fine before in my integrano problems thing rolled out. since then the motor was pulled and put into the eg but it seems its hitting a wall and if i take it out and get on it it will take off then putt...putt doesnt go past like 4k. i had 440 injectors but have since gone with 750's and had a new chip burned but the car runs like ***!! please help im using a p28
have the car dyno-tuned, since you've already got a chipped p28 you're a step ahead and you should always re-tune after changing something like injector sizes, and running a rough program is NOT a tune...sounds like your running too high of a duty cycle for 750's and the car just goes rich and falls on it's face.

No offense man, but you're retarded.
If you had a new chip burned, it is not tuned. It sounds like you have a base map setup for teh new injectors, but it was never tuned. Even if you took the old map and changed the fueling based on the new injectors, THEY ARE NEW INJECTORS and need to be tuned. Not every injector flows exactly what they are labeled for.
If the exhaust changed, it will change the way it runs. Just pulling a motor and throwing it in another car doesn't mean it will run the same.
Fuel pressure at idle should be 38-40. You should not be hitting 50 at idle. Also, idling at 10:1 is pig rich. Does it stay there, or is it sweeping back and forth and that's the low end?
It sounds like all you need is a good tune and you'll be good to go.
