Default Nitrous on the stock D16A?

I was wondering what shot of nitrous I could put on the stock '89 CRX Si D16A? I don't know what HP levels the engine/rods can take so I can't really estimate it. I'm only putting nitrous on because it's the most bang for the buck and I can transfer it when I drop the B18C5 in it. So, any help would be greatly appreciated as to your experience with nitrous on the stock engine.

Thanks for the fast reply, question, will it be ok with the stock exhaust too? I don't want to replace the exhaust and then switch engines, or, what parts of exhaust could I replace and be able to keep them when i drop a B18C5 into it? I plan on running a test pipe and a very low restriction muffler. What other mods can I do to increase performance that would carry over to the new engine?

Also, what ETs can I expect from the D16A on a 55 shot?
