Default What brake pads to fit on rear calipers of 4x114.3?

Like the topic states, I need to know what brake pads/calipers would work for the rear on the big 4. I'm doing a conversion and need to replace the parts on the current off a 97 R and was wondering what other Honda part works with it (i.e. Accords/Preludes that have 4x114.3)

any info helps, thanks!
