Well I cant seem to find too many people posting the power they made with these clutches. I have used the Action 2MD and absolutely loved it, and would love to get it again but im not quite sure its gonna hold for my next build. The clutch held up at 478hp/344tq for the tuning, but i only ran it at 400hp for 20k miles and still counting with the new owner of the car. So my question is, will it hold up on my next goal of around 500-520hp (roughly 380-400tq? If so then great but if not, will the ACT XTR6 do the job well? I dont wanna spend the money on a twin disk, so im looking for a clutch that will hold 500hp pretty stout. Any info would help thanks!

Go ahead and throw in the XXR6 in the mix

someone's gotta know about the action clutch. I found some info on the XTR6 holding about 408tq so im sure the 500hp would be okay. But if the 2MD will do it then id like to stay with it.

 

I think the XXR6 would hold my 550whp goal. That might yield around 400-420 tq. And this clutch is good for 470ish tq.

 

running the action 2ms here in my y8, soon to be boosted.
