Default finishing my turbo set up .. i have a few questions that i need answered

i just recieve a wastegate, bov, intercooler, piping, oil pan, oil lines, and turbo

i am ordering a mani/downpipe/dumptube combo very shortly

my question is this. I know i have to buy injectors for sure, but some people say that my stock 97 civic fuel pump is good enough and that a walborough 255 is overkill. I'm worried about running rich with the 255, but if i get a tune do i need to worry about that?

I am going to be shooting for 200whp. Will i definately need to upgrade my clutch right away? its stock

and i realized today that i need to connect my bov and wastegate to something else other than the piping and the manifold. where do i get these lines and wehre do they go?

and also, i do not have any gaskets or hardware right now except for the stuff that came with the oil lines. Will i need to buy a gasket for my turbo, wastegate, or anything else

Don't worry about running rich, if your getting it tuned they will take care of that. The clutch will be ok, but in the long run you might want to replace it. Remember, always go bigger then smaller.

Some tuners suggest colder plugs, and it would be a smart thing to run a catch can.

new colder spark plugs are only like $15, and they are recommended. ngk bkr-7e's are VERY common for turbo hondas

its better to run rich than lean
walbro 255... $95
DSM 450cc injectors... like $40 used

you can use fuel line for the tubing for the WG and BOV. i think its 5/8" outer diameter (???)
BOV line goes to intake manifold.
if your IC piping or turbo has a nipple on it to connect a hose to, you can attach the WG hose there. if not you can Tee it into your PCV line like i did

you should already have a gasket between your header and your head, so you can reuse that one when you put the turbo manifold on. there should however be a gasket between the manifold and the turbo, the manifold and the wastegate, turbo and downpipe, wastegate and dumptube, and downpipe to exhaust.
your also gonna need the bolts for turbo-manifold, wastegate-manifold, wastegate-dumptube, and downpipe-turbo

phew
