if you plan on running any sanctioned events, you should keep your stock tank.

why would you change it? You can run the pump just like you have been.

If the fuel pump is not pumping (on all the time) the car will not run.

Why don't you just sump the OEM tank?

If you have a fuel cell, I believe it must be inclosed in a box, in case of fire. Check the rule book.

That is if you plan the race.

Why not just put a turn down on the exhaust where you end it? Alot cheaper then putting a fuel cell in and enclosing it. Are you planning on racing any events with this car?
