Default Fuel Gauge problems!!!!!!!!!!

I drive a 96" JDM Integra Type R and I was wondering if anyone on here can help me out. My fuel gauge doesn't read the right fuel level. I have swapped it out with another cluster that works from a different integra and I found out that it wasn't the cluster. Yet then it gives me an orange light saying that the fuel is low. I'm out of any ideas on what to do. I don't want to spend money on any part that I don't need to fix this problem. Is there anyone here know what the problem is.

Thanks in advance.

Kenny

Maybe the sender unit in the fuel tank or short in your wiring.
