h2b vs ls on boost
i bought a integra about 2 months ago with a type r motor and it blew so i was wondering if i should do a h2b or a ls on boost i heard the h2b is the better swap but i dont no so can u guys help me out. thanks
I would recommend H2B, but im partial because I have one. The first time I ever drag raced at a track I ran a 14.1 @ 98 in my 94 civic, with a severly slipping clutch. The car definitely has power, and the torque is a nice feature.
I used to be in the same situation as you. I was either gonna do the h22 or boost an ls. I ended up picking a H2B setup because it is still a stock motor. I do not have to deal with any headaches that come with boosting an engine. Finished the swap and I was ready to go, had no worries if I received a good tune. I have not heard of one person regretting their decision.
