I wanted to see what's your opinion on this item before buying/using it.

Does it blend well or can you notice right away a touch up on a car? Do you have any tips? Do you recommend it? Actually the site doesn't even have any instructions.

 

It depends on the usage and what type of paint it is. If it's a small scratch, I'd condone it, but anything near a dime size will be noticeable.

Check http://www.paintscratch.com for some good paint matching.

I hate the ones on the freeway where pebbles chip your paint off. I have those...
