I wanted to know what would be the best engine to swap into a 97 Civic HB EX? A B series.....the best hp and mods...thanks

Any B series motor will be better than the stock motor now. The most popular swap is the B18C1(GSR), because of it's torque over the B16, and the B18C5(Type R) is just too expensive. I'm not really going to get in detail but just read articles and stuff and you'll understand.
