Default Now the clutch won't engage at all!

Well the first time I had the clutch disc on backwards so the fingers on the pressure plate flattened out when I tightened it down. When I started it up it wouldn't disengage! Now, I flipped the disc around the correct way (flat side to flywheel and raised side to pressure plate) and when I tightened it down the fingers didn't flatten out and now that I have the tranny back on and try to put it in gear it's like it's in neutral when the selector is in any gear and I let all the way off the clutch pedal. I've installed a new slave cylinder and bled the **** out of it.

What could possibly be wrong now?

are you sure the fork is moving when you push on the pedal?

Yeah, I had my girlfriend pump the clutch pedal when I was bleeding it. The throwout bearing fork is definitely moving back and forth. Is it possible that I need to bleed it a ton more?

When I put it in any gear and let out of the clutch when the engine is running, nothing happens. It continues to idle like it's in neutral.

It's a '99 Civic EX with an Exedy stage 1. I've read somethings and found out that it may be my axles. They may not be in all the way. I'm going to check that out when I get home. Hopefully that's what it is.
