wat up everyone, i have a 96 4dr lx civic. looking to throw in a b16a2. Now my question is, what is the deal with the OBDI-II process? Would i be able to pass inspection with an OBDI setup in an OBDII vehicle, in delaware they hook a scan tool up to your ecu to read a readiness code. I am wondering what is the best way to go about this. I can't seem to find a b16a2 that is out of an emI, that is allready OBDII on hmotors. Question may not be exactly clear, please help, and i will try to clear it up a little, thanks!

A buddy of mine from my place of work told me that on the obdI b16a i could just swap out the intake manifold and the crank sensor and then i could rewire the crank sensor to the ecm. I heard i would possibly be able to pass emissions that way as well. I was wondering if there is a harness i could get to pass the readiness code, or will the complete changeover swap that comes with the harness and all work as well. All comment welcome. Thanks!
