I got my package of Defi-Link Gauges today...

Well..... Let's see
Boost gauge, okay... there one of them, oh and the link control unit, yes!
Oil Pressure... okay that's two.....
EGT ... Alright, man, these things a PURRRTY!

..
uh... where, in the blue hell, is my Fuel Pressure gauge? Maybe.. still on the porch?? Er.. no... in the box?.. no.... where is IT?!?! IT'S NOT IN HERE!!!!

I GOT 3 GAUGES AND I GOT CHARGED FOR 4!!!!!! $856 for FOUR... FOUR!!! GAUGES!! But I only recieved THREE!!!!! (bought 2 brackets too.)

Oh yeah, another MISTAKE by http://www.RX-7store.com. You see, I ordered TWO, 2 1/16 gauge CUPS, cause I bought gauges in 2 1/16 size right? Make sense so far?.... so WHY, WHY WOULD they send me TWO GAUGE cups that ARE 2 3/8 SIZE?!?!?! That's too big, honestly, anybody with a brain should have known that I WANTED gauges cups in 2 1/16 if I bought 2 1/16 gauges!!

So, so far, I'm missing ONE $195 FUEL PRESSURE GAUGE!!!!
and I got the wrong SIZE cups, which... I WILL HAVE TO PAY MONEY TO SEND BACK just so I can wait another week for them to send me the right one? man.. give me a break, how stupid can people be?

If am seem mad.... If you were missing a $195.00 Fuel pressure gauge, that you paid for and didnt' recieve. how would YOU feel. I don't know about you, but I'm pretty peeved.

I feel for ya, but atleast you aren't missing your Turbo!!!! If anyone knows a David Grayzanic in the Cleveland, OH area, tell him he can suck my left nut. What a ***. Atleast you're shizat is from a business and you can most likely get it worked out...hope you do.

 

Yeah I would be pissed too I would call them and ask why the hell I only have three. I am still waiting for my turbo kit and it has been over 4 weeks.

 

Man.... Sometimes... I dunno. All this mail ordering thing just gets to me. I thought RX-7store would at least do well considering it's a legit store and not like, "Bill Fish&Chips&Turbo Kits" you know?

Sending me the wrong size gauge cups is a honest mistake... a dumb, honest, completely stupid mistake.. but okay, I'll let that slide. But forgetting to send me a whole ******* gauge? What sucks more is that they aren't open on weekends sooo.... waiting the rest of the weekend is going to be really irratating. I'm goign to have to play a LOT of videogames to calm me down.

But, I'll give RX-7store.com a chance to fix this. I haven't talked to them yet and if they help me, then okay, but if they **** with me. I will....... bite their ears off, and eat their children!

 

almost everyone in this business is either shady, slow, or overpriced.

there are a few exceptions, and whenever i find one i go out of my way to buy everything i possibly can from them.

 

Seriously, I had to wait close to 3 months for my kit which the shop told me would be coming in a week, shady is right. I would have been alright if they came up front with me and told me how long it would really take or at least given my a call.

 

Hey, don' get me started, I've got lots of stories about things that are sent late. I'm pretty sure everbody here has. Only a few people have actually sent me things on time. Most of them were on Groupbuycenter.com. I might just stick with that from now on.

 

That sucks how some companies will behave like that. I ordered my Defi guages from ITRinEJ1, and they were all there in just 2 weeks.

What sucks more is that I've been calling them, and email them, and I have no response.!?? wtf?! If they don't get back to me soon, I'm going to dispute these charges and bash the hell out of them for the rest of my life. Then I'm goign to do it on RX7forum.com too.

Their service is as unreliable as their car

 

reason it takes so long, some of these places online arent really stores. instead of having that parts on inventory, they have to order them from someone else. reason sometimes it takes 2 or more weeks. the dot com boom did it gosh dang it. now everone and their moms are selling stuff online. Sept importparts.com of course.
