just wondering what people are using to lower their si's. springs or full coilover sets. im in the market for some suspension and plan on dropping my car just not sure if theres much out there ........

is it okay to run on stock shocks? got any pics of how it sits? i was planning on getting neuspeed racing from inlinefour.com with a 2.25 drop on all four.....are comptech springs good? whats the drop on those..seems pretty popular for the si's

 

wow 2.25 is a big drop, i just ordered my eibrach (spelling) and they are a 1.5 drop, which i tiunk might be too much, we will see. and dont order from inline four they are rip offs, http://www.corsportusa.com

How many versions of race springs are available from Neuspeed? Neuspeed's website indicates 2.0 front rear. The sports are 1.6 front and rear.

Yeah they only have 2 versions sport and race. I have the race springs in my coupe. It dropped it an even 2 in all around i like them

Whats the safest drop you can use on factory struts/shocks? I have heard so many different things its ridiculous, I was going to go with the eibach pro kit, but was wondering if the drop was anymore then 1.5" if it would kill the factory components after a while... I just saw a post of the neuspeed sports which drop 2" just curious, thanks...

eibach makes the springs for comptech so I am told. I want to lower my si but did not want to trash the struts with just springs. I like the HFP's but I heard conflickting things about them, thay are more for looks than performance. I think I will save my pennies for the tein set up! $1400 if anyone knows where to get them cheaper please let me know!!!

TEIN Super Street Coilovers.

Not sure if I'd recommend them. They ride good, but one of my adjustment ***** broke off and TEIN won't just send me a replacement.
