Default Question on h22 swap exhaust

so far in my readings this swap seems pretty straight forward except for one thing the headers from the prelude are longer than the headers on the accord is there a cheap solution to this or another option besides custom headers.

ive heard the prelude type SH header bolts on, but thats unconfirmed. if you dont have that, its gonna be custom. nothing wrong with that. when i got my megan header on, since it had to be cut, i had them weld a 2.5" collector on it. megan header -> 2.5" collector -> 2.5" magnaflow high flow cat -> greddy sp2 catback. my whole exhaust is welded, but it's all stainless.

for me everything bolted right up. i didnt need any special header or exhaust. the stock cat and exhuast hooked right up to prelude header that came with the motor.

i think the problem you are talking about is with the sh prelude h22, a regular one is direct bolt in

the nonSH header will not fit on a normal 5th gen catback without being cut. everyone i know with a h22 accord (which is many) has their exhaust welded.

for a 94 accord if u want to use the h22 header you will need to swap cats out with a prelude and then it will be bolt up, other then that you will need to have it welded
90-93 direct bolt up no prblems
94-95 needs to use 92-95 prelude or 90-93 accord cat
96-97 needs to use 96+ prelude cat obdII cat has extra hole for second o2 sen
