this is a type r linkage going into an ek.

ok so i think i have this right but im not sure...

does this bushing


go in here?

lol no.... that bushing goes on the other end of the shift linkage. where the stationary rod mounts to the tranny housing. post i picture of the other end so i can tell you if you even have the right bushing set.

i do...i realized im a moron lol. i had a long day of putting in my motor haha.

but now im confused of what goes around the ball of the shifter.

the circle one goes in the end of the linkage that goes to the trans and the other bushing that looks like a capital building goes on the end of the linkage toward the back of the car, the piece that is flared....LUBE up the hole of the bushing well to aid getting it over that flared piece.

the spot you have the circle sitting in that one pic lol, you just reuse the civic plastic 'cage' and piece that was holding the shifter before the swap...

the only upgrades i know of for that region is the B&M ripper series that uses an aluminum base and bushing setup.
