I have a 94 gsr...it all depends what you like...if you want something loud, bling blingin, trendy, quiet, etc. I've had 5 different mufflers on my car:
1. stock GSR muffler- restrictive but quiet
2. Trust (painted black cut off tip->sleeper)- great tone and performance
3. Greddy Evo- better performance, but a little too loud for me in the top end
4. ITR muffler- almost like a GSR muffler, but a little more flow
5. Greddy SP- bling blings (thats goingt to change soon) love the quiet but throaty tone, and flows better than itr, but not as good as evo
Hope this helps

i've got an rsr, it's as quiet as i expected it to be, and the muffler came painted black
there are those times when i wish i had a louder exhaust system, but most of the time, i'd rather hear the motor sound over it...

What kind of exhaust should also depend on ultimate goals. If you're going turbo you're gonna want something big. If you're just doing some slight mods, it doesn't matter. All motor, you're gonna want something pretty free flowing. I personally am running a tanabe hyper medallion.
good luck finding the RS*R. (Unless you mean the Skunk2 exhaust)
buy the one with the biggest piping for what u plan on doin to the car. most exhaust whether loud, quiet, trendy or whatever end up being too small. id go with 2.5 inch minimum on any B series car.
My vote definitely goes towards Hytech or SMSP, by far they are the best exhaust systems on the market today, and two of the quietest... Stealth.
and you have to pretty much weld the whole damn thing together...and still pay a ridiculous price.
please explain how smsp is BY FAR the best exhaust on the market. and dont PM smsp asking him for an answer.
