you should launch at redline..... because you have no axles in the car, wont matter!!! lol
Um, for real though, it would kind of help to include as much information about your setup as possible.. without that data, its pretty much swinging in the dark

You will need to launch at 5500rpm to 8500rpm then , until we know what your motor size is, turbo size, hp you make and torque and when you make it, well it is hard to answer your question SORRY. Don't hold out for that "LOOK AT WHAT I AM BUILDING" THREAD if you need an answer here
