Default Transmission whine

I need some advice.. my tranny whines when i idle. but when i put the clutch in it stops. might it be the throw out baring? if so would it be smart just to replace the whole clutch?

Yes, that would be the throwout bearing. It can be changed separately if you don't need to change the clutch out. Should run about $50 or so from Honda.

its not ur throwout bearing!

SEARCH & you will find out what bearing it really is...
this has been covered many times

search for tranny noise in the archives

i did that & found more than a couple threads
listing the same symptoms hes having

& listing exactly what bearing it is

hondatech isnt here to babysit

You'd have to pay all expenses incured along the way

ONLY 400 miles each way

My problem is working 6 days a week, I'll have two trannys going to Hoplland, MI soon. With work I can't road dawg like it used to.
