Default Does anyone know how to take off the rear bumper?

I just hit my rear bumper to a pole , the paint is fine but made a big dent. How do I take off the bumper to fix this problem?

Is there other ways like using heat to fix the problem without taking off the bumper?

I haven't taken the bumper off on a new Civic yet but all rear bumpers are pretty much the same. Clips under the bumper, clips on top, usually 2 screws going into the quarter panels (one on the left one on the right), and some cars you have to remove the tail lights.

It'll be much easier to put heat on the bumper and work the dent out with the bumper off of the vehicle. Good luck
