civic bumper gap

Default civic bumper gap

look at the image, do u see the gap in the pink circle? how do i fix that..i dont have the bumper support beam in..is that the problem? the car was wrecked but the bumper cover wasnt severely fatigued..i can hold the bumper up and remove the gap with my hand...and no grammar comments either

Go to a hardware store and get some of these. Put a bolt or screw through it and it pulls the bumper tighter than you could ever get the stock hardware to tighten it.

thanks now what part on the car does that go on...the metal piece under the corner light that holds the side of the headlight and a fender bolt or what

You need the support and the 2 brackets that bolt to said support.

That is the thread I was looking for. I followed that thread and used those clamps I posted above to get the bumper even tighter than I could with a nut and bolt.



I got my bumpter to fender gap so tight, in this pic you can't even tell there is a gap.

looks good... but there is no way it works as good as the picture of the red EG... lol that **** looks molded
