Default fitment issue with fmax manifold and wastegate? stud question.. 95 accord

i have an FMAX manifold and a tial style 38mm wastegate for my 95 accord with the stock f22b1 VTEC.. turbo kit is almost ready to be installed just working out last minute details like this one.

the BOLTS i have to secure the wastegate to the manifold actually hit the WG so it will not turn. the WG came with all the hardware necessary so i have allen head bolts with the same thread pitch and i know they will work but i cannot remove the studs.

i tried tightening two bolts together to remove the stud(similar to installing ARP headbolts) but that did not work. those 2 studs are f*cking in there. i am contemplating taking it to my local machine shop..

any other ideas or suggestions?? thanks

your only other option is a stud remover tool which is going to trash the threads. it sounds like if you can't get it off with the 2 nut method, odds are the stud is going to break off and need to be drilled/tapped. most likely whoever installed the studs went overboard with locktite
