i've called around with no luck, anyone know a good place in philly?

i know that but i cant seem to find one, kids at pepboys and autozone dont even know what resurfacing a flywheel is.

i guess you wont get your flywheel resurfaced then, how is that for useless posts?

any shop that has the ability to resurface flywheels, will have all the tools to complete the job ie. balancing, etc.

it's not like we are talking rocket science here, call up an automotive machine shop, whichever is closest, and be ask them these exact words

"do you resurface flywheels"

i appreciate your way of helping but i've called around already just about all of the shops i've called do not do it. they claim to send their flywheels out to NJ to get done and sent back and prices they quote are above what people pay.

I work at Pep Boys in Syracuse, NY and I'm confident when I tell you that any master tech at Pep Boys can resurface a flywheel

im from nj and there was a guy in bayville nj called rons auto shop he did everything really cheap great work.its a complete machine shop.but that will be a little far out fo the way but you can look it up and see if you can send it to him and see if he would send it back
