The official Honda low offset fitment guide
OK, I have been on this forum for about 4 years and I guess it is time for me to give back.
This thread will work based on 2 things. Users posting their OWN cars with low offset wheels and what if any modifications were made to the body (rolling or pulling fenders) and suspension (camber settings and coilovers). From this I can create a spread sheet that will help you figure out what will fit and what won't.
This is a service to you and not to my benefit as I don't even own a Honda anymore.
GUIDE LINES in posting
1) Must have pictures of the wheel fitment that you are posting (I need this to verify fitment)
2) Must post offset, wheel width, tire size, suspension mods and any body mods
3) if any problems are encountered state them such as rubbing etc.

to be honest i think many people can get easy answers from those in the low offset thread or just going out there and doing it.

i dunno i think it would help some people because you have to really search through every page of the low offset thread to find info.
i think its a pretty good idea

Yeh, with all those pictures of negative offset Non-hondas I'm sure that it will be real easy to figure out fitment (sarcasm). Also, that thread is purely based on pictures, there is very little technical info on some of the cars posted there.

I think this is helpful. It's a whole collection of offsets, easy to find and prevents people from creating 50 new threads about the same thing every 10 minutes.

other than s2ks and nsx's only .0001% of h-t runs negative offset. then about .001% of h-t runs 0 offset.
if it's close to fitting, then one should say to himself.... either i need to stretch tires...run more camber.... pull fenders....get over fenders.... or get some higher offset wheels.

I know perfectly well that 99.99% of hondas run positive offsets. But what I am trying to get at here is a guide that will help an individual determine if running a 16 x 7 +30 will work on his EK hatch (with out having to post a thread). I am sure that the people in this forum would like to know if a wheel would fit their car and what they need to do to make it fit before they purchase a wheel. I have always been taught "work smarter not harder", and this thread is meant exactly to do that.
And what i meant was that other thread is cluttered by so many "omg look at the negative offset 240sx" posts that it is inefficient to go thru 30 pages of posts just to find fitments on a particular car"

I think the most helpful thing in this thread would be the link that shows you how to correctly measure offset from your hub surface. It explains what offset means in easy to understand terms for those that dont have a positive idea. Measuring it correctly yourself is better than any pictures can do imo.

Exactly what I was referring to. That is all that is needed in this thread.
