Maybe the previous owner removed it for some reason.

What brand do you suggest i get? Also i have decent suspension setup(eibach/KYB gr's) and my tires have been rubing my fender wells could not having the sway bar cause this problem?
Just buy another Si sway bar. If you change to a smaller OEM sway bar, you'll need to change your front LCAs as well (since the Si/CTR has a unique mounting sway bar).
The rubbing of your tires is not caused by your lack of sway bar. It could be from tire width, ride height, wheel offset, or a combination of those factors.

My tires rub my fenders when i make tight turns very fast like in an autocross course. So the sway bar would not help the tire from rubing?

It might help to some extent, but won't prevent it. Your car will still dip in the front.

Have you got it aligned? It helps... I don't know if you have a firestone but in Oregon, they charge like $130 for life time front&back alignment. I just go there every month and get it aligned and what not.

WHA!?!?!??!?! I've never heard of such a thing.. That's awsome... and I pay like $59.99 for alignments once a year or when needed... I have a weird way of always messing up my alignment. Any big companies do this? How do these lifetime things work?

i know tirekingdom has this plan. you pay a one time fee, and as long as you own the car, they will align it.

I bet your car handles like total crap!!
Eibach and suspension techniques makes front sway bars. You might get lucky and find an OEM sway bar in a junk yard.

They won't list the front sway bar though.
So, look for front end parts for a '99-'00 Si and then call the business up and ask if they have the front sway bar.
And Firestone has lifetime alignments too.

wow both of you got screwed...Si's have the biggest sway bars out of the 88-00 civics and 90-01 tegs. I would suggest going with a oem one, nothing more nothing less. well actually i doubt theres any body making 26mm+ bars anyways.

If you make a new thread you might be more likely to get an answer. I don't even know what number thirteen is showing.
