I just finished a ls-v with a turbo and there is a ton of smoke coming out my downpipe and spits oil out downpipe also. Is it more likely that its coming from the turbo or the engine? Any ideas how I can fix it?

 

did you buy the turbo used? the seals could be out in the turbo causing you to burn all the oil... had a friend with the same problem... never seen a car smoke more...

but if the seals aren't out in the turbo then maybe your oil line...

 

check the obvious if you don t see it most likely it's the turbo needing rebuilt
