Default 99 civic ex auto to calbe tranny

hey, i was wondering what clutch pedal and pretty much everything i will need to use a cable tranny in my 99 ex, it was auto and it is becoming standard. would it be easyer just to go with a hydro tranny or can it be done? will the pedals i need fit into the stock location?
this will be done with a b18a swap
i did search for probably an hour and there is nothing on this topic, thanks alot

The conversion could be done, but it would cost you more than it would to just get a hydro tranny.

im doing it because the motor im getting is a b18a and it has the cable tranny on it, so it would be easyer to just keep that tranny then to sell/ buy a new one. i guess nobody had done this then? what civics covme with cable tranny and can i just take the pedal assembly from one of them and bolt it in?

people have done it, but they kick themselves in the teeth later for not getting a hydro tranny for their HYDRO car.

not really since im ging to throw a t25 on it 3 weeks after i get it running,
since my car was an auto before... it was never a hydro car. i need to know what pedal will work with the cable tranny..

can anybody help me or are you all just going to flame?

i dont think any of you understand that i do not have anything for the hydro tranny, i do not have the slave cylinder, i do not have a clutch pedal, most likely it will be more feasable to do the cable clutch instead of the hydro

Nobody is flaming you, but the next time you expect us to answer your question, make sure that you tell us all the parts you DON'T HAVE and don't plan to get as well as your intentions with the motor/tranny so we know what you are planning.

Without you telling us the parts you don't have and don't want to buy it is obviously impossible for the rest of the H-T community to know this information. For future reference, be as specific as possible as to your situation/plans.

I said that because the swap is just not worth it, you will end up getting the same results with a boosted Y8, and you will not have 20 year old engine and tranny in your car
