Default 92' Engine Heating Problem

well my engine overheat and i dont no what may be causing it too. on the gauge it's like always on H. so i dont no whats the problem. the gauge is not broken. any suggestion.?

1. is it full of 50/50 fluid?
2. have you tried bleeding the system?
3. check for leaks
4. get it pressure tested
5. test the cap
6. test the thermostat
7. when was the last time the water pump was changed?

thats all i can think of right now

Check your coolant lines. I bought me 96 cause these people thought the engine was blown and it was a heater hose. Check your oil is there water in it?
