Default Engine wont start, H23 swap

Alright after 2 weeks i've finally broke down and decided to ask for help here. I finally completed an h23 swap in my prelude si. old motor had a snapped rod. this new motor had timing belt snap, so i picked it up cheep, and after a few hundred bucks in parts and machine work on the head i had it put back together. I've checked that everything is hooked up, and cant find any loose wires or anything, but i cant get the thing to fire. CEL 16, Fuel injector code is thrown. ECU is fine, started a friends 92 Accord. Injectors are fine, Resistance within spec on both sets i've tried. There is no pulse going to the injectors. I have spark & Fuel Pressure. Injector Resistor is fine and within resistance spec. Main Relay is fine, started same friend's accord. Now that i'm down to checking for a short in the wiring, is there anything i'm missing??? Any help will be apprieciated, Thanks.

Its hard for be to believe that both sets i've already tried dont work. Especially since one of the sets i took from a motor at work that ran fine.

Check the fuel pressure.

When you crank it for a while does the exhaust smell like fuel?

Are your sparkplugs fouled with gas?

Do you get spark?

Is there continuity from the injector plug to the pinout on the ECU?

When you switched the injectors did the CEL go away?

Can you swap ECUs to eliminate the computer as the issue?

It has fuel pressure, how much i dont know.
exhaust doesnt smell like gas becuase the injectors arnt getting pulse.
I have spark.
i have continuity between injector plugs and A1, A3, A5, and A2 (i think thats them)
different injectors, same code.
the computer started a friends 92 accord.

pirate, since i know you are knowlegdable with these engines, why would i not be getting injector pulse, but have continuity between ecu, injectors, main relay and back to the ecu??? i've got a probe light from a guy at work so i'm going to test all fuses tonight. other than that, i'm stumped.

let me make it as clear as possible here because a lot of times people can't figure this out. The wires go directly there. You need to test with a noid light to see if you really aren't getting pulse. my bet is you are.

If you really aren't it can only be from one thing, assuming your resistor box is good and you know the ecu is good, and the injectors are good, it has to be the wires. That is the only way, and I am 99.999% sure that the wires are NOT your problem. something else is at work here....

The wires run straight from the ecu to the injectors. Check out this clip from the helms.

my girlfriends prelude is having the same problem. This diagnostics guy checked it out and said there is no pulse and it could be the wires. I dont know the extent of his check, but he said everthying else was good.

Could it be the resistor box?

after reading online about 98 accords having this problem, a lot of people mentioned a bad main relay which also lead to this problem, but i also noticed that when i stick the key in and try to start it, then put the key into the "I" position, a green light with a key in it starts blinking.

so...im guessing something is up with the immobilizer.

okay i found it. theres a junction connector (C131) that i left out. if connects the wires between the main relay and the resistors. that explains the no injector pulse. i plugged that in and tested with the noid lights and got pulse. car now sputters when trying to start. the battery is dead from cranking w/out any charge, so i've got to charge it at work. thanks for everyone's help, i'm just an idiot.
