Problem with my Prelude 1999 -- Please help...

I got a ECL on recently, and I found out the two problem that causes it. One is the EGR insufficient flow and the other A/T 2nd pressure switch. I put in a new EGR already, but what is a A/T 2nd pressure switch? Is that easy to fix and where do you recommend the fix. Please help, thanks...
