Hey guys, I bought a 92 Hatch with a H22 swap and bought it without the horn working. I recently went to get the car inspected and failed for the horn not working, and I've been having a friend help me figure it out. I unplugged the horn relay and probed the 12v wire to a battery I had laying around, and probed the ground the to negative terminal and the horn sounds, so I was wondering if this means there could be a bad horn relay? Because I bypassed it when I hardwired it to the battery. All fuses were checked, and all present fuses are good. Any ideas? Thanks!

 

Anyone ever experience something like this? any idea?

 

I was also told I can wire the horn to a switch just to pass inspection, anyone ever done anything like this?
