Default Eagle Rods wrong or not

Hi guys Iam new to this site, but i have some questions about a set of eagle rods that i have purchased.
When I put my ACL bearing into the rod, I have a offset on the top half +-1mm from the center and on the bottom half also +- 1mm but to the other side. I have spoken to a couple of guys and some said it is OK and others strongly disaggreed. Can the notches be in the wrong position or is this a manufacturing fault?????
The thing is when I put these rods on my crank and I only hand tighten the bolts of the rod cap. The rod does not even want to turn. Guys PLSE I need some serious answers about this problem that I am having.
Thanks in advance.

Sounds like GSR or D16 bearings in a LS rod.

B20b block & crank, b16a head, eagle rods, Acl bearings 1T1957-STD, 5M1959-STD, 4B1946-STD.
My motor ran fine and I made 138kw on the wheels and all was standard, But I am going BIG now.

4b 1946 is the correct number, look at the back side of the bearing and make sure that is the number, not 1925 (GSR)

i know there are a bunch of eagle rods out there right now that were ls rods set up to use b18c bearings sounds like that's what you have. if you post pics i could tell you for sure or if you can get some b18c bearings try them if they fit that's what you have

Sorry guys but I have allready sent the package back to the vendor.

But if u look at the link at the top. You will see the similar effect on the offset, but just alittle more offset. (dont look at the bearing damage).
