Better for what?
LS is the longest out of the 4, it's about the same gear ratios as an '92-'95 Ex/Si trans. GSR is a mid-ranged compromise. The ITR and the B16 are identical with the exception of the final drive.
If you're just looking for fastest acceleration go with the B16 or ITR.

ok man thanks oh and another question should i keep the gsr intake manifold o put a B16 , Ls?
