Lightweight Soundproofing Material????
As you all know the Integra is not the quietest car in the world. And adding performance upgrades tend to increase the decibel level exponentially!
I am looking for lightweight sound dampening material. I know there are sound dampening material out there like dynomat and some others, but they are all very heavy. I was wondering if anyone knows of a very lightweight material that is used for sound dampining, whether it is for automobiles or not. My car is way to loud on the inside. I have a hard time hearing my radio and I am starting to go deaf.
So if anyone has any information I would greatly appreciate it.

most sound dampening material works by adding weight to an part of the car thereby lowering its resonate value. If you are worried about weight, just add less than normal
