yes, about ~7 on stock interns.

 

the amount of boost you can run generally depends on your tune. Also, it would also depend on the turbo you're running. 7psi of boost on a t3 would be different then 7psi on a T28. Although dleccord is right as 7psi is generally a good rule of thumb for stock internals, theres just a lot of variations to it.

 

i've seen it spike to 1 bar, but run 12psi daily on a GT28R. I'm sure there are guys around here running 14psi etc
