Mine did the same thing. I just went to a parts house and bought the cheapest stuff i could find and sprayed it on. It seems to have lasted a while.

yeah, someone else mentioned this to me....
i wonder how inconvenient this would be to get done...
i.e. removing the wheels and taping everything up while at the place that does these coatings....
i would think that it would be more difficult to apply to the wheel wells of a car than a flat bottom or side of a pickup bed.....

Did you check to see if Honda had a part # for a can of this or something?
I personally wouldn't do anything as semi-permanent as Rhino-lining.

I've re-sprayed the wheel wells on both my ITR and Civic. All I used was a cheap can of rubberized undercoating and put on two thick coats.

I used a different brand, but any of the ones listed will work fine. I'd stay away from the asphalt undercoating, but that's more of a personal preference than anything.
Finally got around to respraying the undercoating in the wheel wells.....It has been 100 degrees w/ 100% humidity for weeks.....
Very nice day at the beach today....
so...I pressure washed the remaining undercoating off.....cleaned the surface w/ brake cleaner..... and then sprayed on the undercoating......

I used the same stuff as you and worked great. what I also did to prevent any honda rot on the rear quarters is pull away rubber seal on wheel well edge and spray heavily on inner edge and re-installed rubber while wet. when it dried it kinda sealed the rubbers and the inner edge as one to prevent any dirt or sand build up.
