i did the test. turned the key on to the II position, and the CEL light came on. then it started flashing. i got 4 long flashes, and 3 short flashes... this means 43 right? as in fuel supply system?
and from there would i stake out the problem out as fuel pump, fuel rail, sending unit? -scratches head-
insight please and thank you

In accordance with the manual, trouble code 43 can be a problem with the Heated Oyxgen Sensor, or a problem with in the Fuel Supply System. I would lean more toward the oxygen sensor needs replacement.
Hey tech.....can you point me in the right direction on which sensor that is and location?
My brother's car just threw the same code and it comes and go, was going to help him replace the sensor but wasn't sure which one it was. I was unable to find anything in the search.
thank you in advance,

This code is usually the primary oxygen sensor (before cat). Depending on the Accord year and model trim, the primary oxygen sensor on F22B1 (5th gen VTEC) were on the exhaust pipe, right before the cat. On F22B2 (5th gen non-VTEC), it was in the exhaust manifold, left side of exhaust manifold. OBD-I Accords only had one O2 sensor. OBD-II had two, one before cat, one in the cat or after the cat. (Regardless of your year and model trim, look for the O2 before Cat; either in the exhaust manifold or the pipe right before the cat.)
Of course, this trouble code can also be something wrong with the fuel system (but most likely the O2 sensor).
Edit: Reason for edit, caffeine from coffee didn't hit system yet this morning.

Nice. Thx a bunch tech.
I will take a look at his car when i get a chance. (94 accord lx...non-vtec) so should only be one O2 sensor.
Also...this the right part? I assume it is if this model only has one sensor.

Yes, that should be the right O2 sensor. That actually is a great price for OEM Denso O2 sensor, they usually range from $80 (online) to almost $200 at the dealer. Your's in the exhaust manifold, on the left side.
