It really depends on your goals but to answer your question I would go with that GT28R

 

c'mon dude. i see you are new here but you have created like 5 posts all asking extremely vague questions about stuff we have covered over and over. i would like to know how many times you have searched, i bet it is less than the amount of posts you have.

asking something random like which is better is irrelavant. and its gonna come down to personal preference. take a little more time to plan out your setup, decide on a power goal and go from there.

from your other threads i see you already have a t28, which im assuming is internally gated. i also mentioned in another post that you should look into the hks turbo mani. im tying to be as helpful as possible but do us a favor and dont create new threads unless you are absolutely stumped about something or are having a technical problem. you have an em1, there are about 8,347 options for a turbo setup.
