kid, your asking is there a set standard for bodywork.
the answer is no, no cars the exact same when it comes to bodywork...
you might want to cut the frame past the radiator support, and take it home with you so you can have a better clearance when removing the rasiator support from the frame. grind off the frame, and spotweld it onto your car.
cross measure to make sure your frame isnt bent, and if it is... lol good luck unless you have a rack sitting at your house...

well in that case your best bet is like he said, cut it back far enough so that you have everything and then just give the whole chunk-o-metal to the guy doing the work for you. he'll know what to do.

Get a spot weld cutter. You can search it on ebay. They are a million times better than using a regular drill bit to drill out all the spot welds.

Have the junk yard front clip cut at the frame rails. bring home the whole mess and drill out the welds from the back side of the Junk yard support. this way you don't damage the pannel that your will be welding back on your car.

On your car cut all the welds from the front cutting throught the wrecked support and not into your good frame rails.

You will need to grind down all of the cut welds but it is very easy.

Let me know if yoy have any questions on this. I have done it at least a half a dozen times.

Also you may want to use your main front bumper bolts to hold it into place and check fitment all around before you weld it on.

Not that I would recomend it but I've seen them not even welded back on. Just bolt inplace with a few extra tek srews.
