I can get a pretty decent deal on a 68mm throttle body and i plan on port matching my y8 manifold.......but my question is: is 68mm overkill?......i am currently running a y7 with i/h/e and the y8 mani.......what do you guys think?

 

your probably gonna lose some low end power....but it will help you in top end.

 

yeah, thats what i was thinking.....i am not sure if it is worth it......the y7 is already lacking low end power

 

If it's stock and you don't have any turbo goals, I wouldn't waste my time/money.

Otherwise, Just get a b-series TB from a junkyard.
