Default Broken motor mount

When i had the driver side motor mount apart when i was doing my timing belt i noticed that the screw that goes threw the rubber moved around freely. The rubber is all broken and the screw just flops around but the screw dosnt come out. Should i get a new rubber piece?

Replace the motor mount or fill it in with window weld. You can't just buy only the rubber piece.. It comes as one unit with metal and all
