Default 97 LS 5th Gear

I've already searched, most of which; they all said the same thing but I was wondering if my problem was different...

anyways, I have a 97 ls (hydrolic tranny) and at 60mph ish my 5th gear will pop-out. I am going to check my tranny oil, and my engine is brand new with only 68,xxx miles..

but my clutch is fried, I was wondering if it would be doing this because of my clutch at all??

anybody know whats up?

you already killed the clutch, that sez something about the driver abusing the car.

yeah I guess it would, if it was me that killed the clutch and all... I just bought the car with a brand new swap from speed factory, he told me only problem that they told him was the clutch.. No other gears grind
