I have a 98 Accord EX Sedan. Every time the horn is used, it blows the 20A Stop Fuse which is under the hood. My gears lock after that (I assume to tell me that there's a problem with my car.) I replace the fuse and the gears shift fine afterwards. But whenever the horn is used, for example when pressing on lock on the remote key twice, it still blows the fuse. I thought it was a faulty horn relay so I replaced that but the fuse still blew and the horn still doesn't work. Can anyone help? Do you think I have to replace one of the horns to fix this problem?
