Re: Fuse Problem HELP PLEASE! (JDMTRSPORTS)
i had this problem with my old school 88 accord. i had taken it in for an inspection, ended up needing a new horn. had it replaced. didn't notice at first like you but i kept blowing the horn/brake lamp fuse (didn't matter if i beeped the horn or put the brakes on). couldn';t find the problem so i took the horn out and rewired the whole thing back in. problem solved. must have been shorting out or something???
i don't know how a cam swap would affect the horn or brake lights, unless you or who ever was doing the swap and fucked up one of the wires going to your horn??
if you want to know if its a short somewhere just pop a 30amp fuse in there and have someone press the brake while you lissen for a wire buzing under the hood, just make this your last effort cause if there is a short you might end up frying the **** out of something, but at least you'll find where it is.
good luck with that
