VAFC II HELP!

VAFC II HELP!
ok i installed the VAFC II on my 98 gsr integra, but, when i hit vtech my check engine light comes on SOMETIMES, and when it comes on, i cant go over 5,000 rpm b4 the car begins to buck, any suggestions?? I dont think the VAFC II wiring is the problem, any other alternatives?

I hate to tell you but I think the VAFC wiring is the problem, if its not that it sounds like it some other sort of wiring problem thats causing the ECU to go into safe mode.
Its vtec with no h, you better change that before people get on your case.
