Default any honda scooters in the house?

im a new metropolitan owner, long time honda/acura owner....
i was just checking to see if anyone on here can help with a problem with my 4 stroke motor.

ok, here we go...

when im riding full throttle, or close too, the scoot sometimes stalls, sometimes
stays on but loses all power (stays idling)...
i feel like the motor is flooding with fuel.
what you think?

actually check and make sure the engine is not getting starved for fuel. Make sure you still have good flow, maybe check and see if you've got a stuck float or something
